Baby BOY Stein!

Kaylin, Gus and I all went to the ultrasound today to see baby BOY Stein! We are so excited! Well, Gus and I were thrilled, Kaylin kept looking at the monitor and asking for "Street" (Sesame Street). It's hard to see the pictures but the top and bottom picture show a computer mouse pointing to a penis. No doubt. It's going to be great fun to have one of each and as my colleague reminded me, we are lucky to have such an 'energetic' little girl to prepare us for a little boy. =)

I know, BOO!

Sorry! We don't have much. Kaylin turned 22 months old yesterday. We're almost to two and I can hardly believe it. She's big into telling you what letter is what. At the montessori school there is "No Parking Fire Lane" stenciled in the parking lot. Every day we say EACH letter. That's of course after we say good bye to each and every teacher. It's not the quickest departure. Her favorite thing to do lately is sing, "C is for cookie" at the top of her lungs. Precious.

We have a big week next week since Gus is off work and we'll see the Burke's and John and Yasone. We shall have pictures and videos soon. Thanks for your patience!

Heartrate...

152! Good stuff. It was a whirlwind appointment because the doctor was paged for an emergency c-section. Kaylin was a trooper and came with me. She was a little nervous when they were putting the doppler on me, but she did OK once she knew I was OK. We don't know if it's a boy or a girl yet- we'll keep you posted. Everyone is healthy so we count our blessings!

That's 15 weeks. Wow- way different than the first one. Oh well. Let nature do her thing, right??
