Wow!

A year ago today we found out we were having a baby and now Luke is turning 5 months old tomorrow. He no longer has crying fits (change in diet worked miracles!) and he is weighing in at 14lbs and is pure delight. If he would have been our first born we would have had another right away! =) For example, last night I laid him in his bed, awake and two minutes later he put himself to bed (no tears) and slept from 7pm until 4am. Really? I didn't know babies could do that until he came along. What a sweet boy!

Happy Father's Day!

Kaylin and Luke have the best daddy in the world. They know it too. Luke loves to sit on Gus's lap and smile and "talk". Kaylin loves to jump around in the kitchen and then "trick" him into throwing her up into the air. We love daddy!

Time with the Eddys

We were lucky enough to get to spend time with Team Eddy and Team Kaufman (and friends) for Dr. Amy Eddy's graduation weekend. Kaylin had a great time with Noah and even quotes him now by starting sentences by saying, "Hey, I have a great idea..." We were a spectacle to say the least. 7 children, all who have some energy, make for some attention. It was so much fun to spend time with others who completely understand a 2 year old tantrum.

I was getting something from the kitchen and when I came back I realized one, my daughter was very particular about all the place settings matching and two, she was feeding Luke "cereal" regardless of how he felt about it.

Goldilocks is big right now. PSSS...this is too hot...
