Dear Luke

We really do love you as much as we love your sister. Even if the blog ratio doesn't show it. The good news is Ben and Joanna turned out great as the second born, so you have great potential. You are such a darling boy, even with the chipped front tooth. But the tooth does not stop you from eating. For example, there were 10 chicken nuggets consumed in our house yesterday. Luke had 7 of them. He is still eating his way through life. He has also picked up a few tricks from his sister. Walking is NOT one of them yet. Though he can stand forever without holding on to anything. He can also fly around the furniture. So we're expecting any day now. I'm in no hurry, that's for sure. I already can't keep up with them. One thing he did pick up is how to throw a fit when he hears no. I was able to videotape a "fake" one but you get the idea. Lays out on his stomach and all. Thank you, big sister.

Time with, as Kaylin calls him, "Mommy's Pappou." Also, any time he walked in the house she would say,"Hey Pappou, your dad's here!"

Here are some of the pictures of the park the kids LOVED. I think Kaylin spent all of Pappou's money on these rides. She'd sit down and say, "OK, Pappou. Give me some money!" That's not going to work forever, kid.

At one point Kaylin said, "Mommy, everybody loves me!" That's how much smooching she got while she was in "Grace" as she calls it.

Gus and I went into Athens for a day. We ran into a family from Big Fork, Montana (borders Kalispell) who went to University of Washington. SMALL WORLD!

The Acropolis Museum is new. It was pretty cool. Way modern compared to everything in Athens. Gus also had an opportunity to spend a morning with a pediatric ophthalmologist in Athens who used to be his attendings, attending. =)

Luke LOVED Theo Yianni. Found him very funny.

Gus and I went out to dinner with Alexandra, Yianni and Yianni. Very fun. After she was done ordering the waiter asked if we also wanted to order another table. Needless to say we had plenty to eat and drink.
